About GCNI

The 3Brain multi-well high-density multielectrode array (MEA) system enables synchronous recording of electrophysiological signals from 13824 recording sites, including field potentials and action potentials. The platform also supports simultaneous electrical stimulation across all channels, and it facilitates the investigation of electrical signal transmission, cellular coordination, and neural network communication by performing correlation analysis on the recorded data. It is applicable for studying signal processing in neural networks of 2D and 3D models, such as cultured neurons and organoids, and evaluating network functional changes in response to pharmacological agents. It is an essential tool for probing neural microcircuit function and is extensively used in neuroscience, stem cell research, and other interdisciplinary fields.
